I had serious damage due to water and animals on my house exterior wood. The work performed was precision done with a special emphasis on detail. Price was reasonable and a little under the estimate.

Our front door was sagging and wouldn’t close properly. Called Mr. Handyman and they sent somebody the following day. The technician, Glenn Davis, removed the doors and rehung them and repaired the damaged weather stripping within a couple hours. Afterwards, the door worked perfectly, just the we had hoped for. Great job!

They replaced all my smoke detectors.  I'm not climbing the ladder any more.  Their tech arrived on time (early actually) and finished in the estimated time.  He was very pleasant and careful.  I'll be using them again.

I would recommend Mr Handyman at Park cities to anyone, they are punctual and very easy to deal with. The work they did was excellent and they took great concern to make sure that they didn’t make a mess. They had to patch a pretty large hole in my ceiling in my living room due to a bathroom water leak above. They are real pros! Ask for Richard!

Mr. Handyman is the best!  Showed up on time.  Thought I would have to purchase new front door but technician said painting would be fine.  The paint I bought wasn't the right color so he said he had some extra paint in his van.  Saved a lot of money and time.   Highly professional & courteous.   Will definitely use in the future.   Hire them as you won't be disappointed.

Jeremy did a great job on everything I requested.  It probably should have been a two-man job.  The skylights were heavy and awkward but he managed to get it done well.  Great employee and I would definitely use him again.

We had a bathroom light fixture pull away from the wall while we were out of town.  Troy was here the morning after I called and put in a new brace for the fixture behind the drywall.  In and out in 2 hours.  Very knowledgeable and friendly.  Highly recommend.

Colton Grant did a good job and suggested and implemented a few cost cutting measures while working on four separate but small tasks at my home. The services are a bit pricy, but not unreasonably so. Colton was friendly and professional. Yes, I would use Mr Handyman again.

Our Handyman was extremely professional and was upfront about cost and the amount of time to fix the issue. He gave us a detailed report and showed us exactly what the problem was before going over how to fix it.  Would highly recommend!

Had a water leak that ended up causing damage to the ceiling in our garage. Mr. Handyman came out, on time, with a reasonable quote and ended up doing a spectacular job repairing the ceiling. You cannot even tell there was any damage. Very happy with results.

Mr. Handyman completed 2 small jobs for me today. They sent Trevor, the best tech ever! He arrived on time, explained everything, and completed the job as promised. He also left my property clean and tidy. It was a great experience.

Mr. Handyman did an awesome job repairing my flooring and replacing an appliance so that it fits in a space that was not properly laid out when the room was originally built.  I am so thrilled to have found someone capable of fixing that mess!  Julio Ruiz did fantastic work rebuilding and staining my hardwood floor - the whole project turned out much better than I had thought possible.  Also on time and very nice and trustworthy in my house.   Thank you!!!

Dave was excellent! He was fast, a hard worker, easy to work with, & most importantly he was detailed on hanging many different items during a 6 hour period of time to help complete a design project!

I've used Mr. Handyman for years, but this by far was the best experience. I had a few minor projects that had been lingering, and I needed to just take care of them. Michael (who goes by Palo) did a superb job. Furthermore, he was polite and friendly and did a great job with the cleanup. I highly recommend it!

Michael Palo did an excellent job on my requests.  The work was done efficiently and the clean up was first rate.  Based on this work, I recommend Mr. Handyman without reservation.

Mike did a great job on tightening all of the doorknobs, and tightening the toilet roll holder. He showed up very early, and was patient with waiting. I have nothing but great service from Mike and David so far. I will continue to use Mr. Handyman for future house/townhome repairs. David did a great job on painting some of the walls that needed touch up on the townhome. He painted 3 entire walls with the right color needed, Agreeable Gray, and they look like brand new!!!

Handyman of Rockwall sent Michael Palo to our home to help fix the back door.   It was never set right from when we bought it.  It had a gap even with the door closed.  Michael was able to see the issue and fix it for us.  The door frame was never properly set and went in with one side too low.     He came in completely took out door apart and put in a new door frame and set it correctly.   Now our door closes all the way and there are no gaps.   He got this all done in hours and ensured all was cleaned up and look like it should have been.    See couldn't be happier with Handyman and Michael.   Thank you!

Always a Great Experience! I have used them for a number of things: installing doors, repairing doors with weather trim that has worn off. Today the top wall of my garage is coming down. They are always my go to since they do anything that consists of a repair. You will not be disappointed!

I used Mr Handyman of Dallas in past- that was more than 10 years ago. Now that I have something that needs to be done, I called the number on the business card that I saved in the past. They still have the same number and when I told Amanda the receptionist my address; I was surprised that they still have my records. I made my appointment for the job that needs to be done. On the day that I thought was my appointment date, I was worried that nobody was coming because the time window I was given was closing in. I called the office and Amanda told me that my appointment was for another day. Nevertheless, even if it was not my appointment date, she quickly arranged for a technician to do the work. Colton the technician was here in no time. He’s very courteous. He quickly finished the work with no problems. I will definitely use this business again when the time comes.

I highly recommend Mr. Handyman. I have used them several times and while their pricing may be higher than an individual proprietor, you get professional and qualified technicians every time. Recently, I needed a fence repaired and reinforced a bit to endure the beating my large dogs give it. Jason Joshan did an excellent job completing the work quickly. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He discussed how he was going to perform the repair beforehand as well as reinforcing the entire side of that area of the fence. He also suggested extra measures if I wanted to go that route. (I opted not to at this time.) Mr. Handyman is a good investment for work around your house. It takes the guesswork and time out of finding a qualified person for the work needed.

I hired Mr Handyman oif Dallas to replace my garage walls that deteriorated from long term flooding. Craig's estimate was fair. He and Troy were knowledgeable on all necessary tasks,  components and best course of action to make the walls sturdier. Daily they arrived on time and accomplished what they said they would, then,  left the work area clean at the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with their work. They went above board and repainted the garage door and gutters to match! The garage is fantastic!! I will be calling them back for other Handyman jobs around the house. I highly recommend these two guys!! They are professional, courteous, and did an awesome job, beyond my expectations even in the triple digit heat

Great experience! Ariel came feb 5th to our house, and he was very professional. He listened to us without hesitation, and even gave us solutions/ ideas when we weren’t sure on what to do. He was very transparent about price/time which we appreciated. Worth every dollar because the job looks amazing!

The work was sufficiently done, but the gentleman chipped our bathroom vanity top as well as caused the toilet to loosen. There isn't much room between the toilet and tub he was caulking, so I'm sure his leaning against it caused it, but he should have told us.

Fred was an amazing help, timely, courteous, personable and respected my residence. Before he began his job he made sure I would be happy with the estimated price. He finished the job in the allotted time and the price was what was quoted. This service is great for those who are not handy; I will use them again and will def try to get Fred to do the job for me.

I had five tasks to do which included assembly and placement for both inside and outside locations. Ashton did a superior job, thought out the job after talking with me first and then planned accordingly. I had a couple projects done a few weeks ago and once again MH came through. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I have used them for years, and they've never disappointed me.

Mr Handyman Dallas sent Mr David York to complete 2 projects I had been putting off for sometime and I am so very happy I put a call out to them.  Not only was Mr York professional and knowledgeable, but also very amiable and easy to deal with.  I have absolutely NO complaints on the work but actually my expectations were surpassed.  I found the price more than reasonable and I will probably use their services again in the future now that I’ve experienced the caliber of work they are capable of.

I had an outstanding experience with Mr. handyman. From the moment I called in to get a quote to the final project, everything was perfect! Ariel installed a cat fence topper to my backyard fence so my cats stay protected. He did such a wonderful job! He made sure to present the final product in a functional and nice looking way. Mr Handyman has done dozens of projects for us and we have had excellent experiences!  Not only was Ariel extremely kind and professional, he was able to put together our daughter’s jeep we are giving her for Christmas that arrived in several of pieces.  He handled several other projects with ease. 100% our go-to for home projects!

I had a great experience. It was definitely more expensive than expected which is why I cannot give 5 stars but Ariel did a great job. I was in a pinch needed to get my celling fixed. I was able to get booked quickly. Ariel respectful when walking through my house while I was in meetings. He was quick, efficient and communicative. I would highly recommend!

Mr Julio Ruiz came out to replace our front door and framework as well as some wood rot. His craftsmanship is perfect, it turned out better than we had hoped, and he is an immaculate professional. 100% will use Mr Handyman of Dallas again, and will specifically request Julio Ruiz.

David did an amazing and perfect job sanding down the walls, texturizing them, and painting them with Agreeable Gray. I will definitely call you again for another service!!
